Summary for Parents & Guardians: GlitchCode is an educational game created for children. By allowing your child to use GlitchCode, or by purchasing an optional subscription, you agree to these terms. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and can be canceled anytime in your device settings.
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Parent", "Guardian", or "User") and Tom Kushilevitz ("we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to and use of the GlitchCode mobile application on iOS devices.
If you are a parent or legal guardian providing access to a child under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run GlitchCode for personal, educational, non-commercial entertainment purposes on compatible mobile devices you own or control.
You agree that you and your child will not:
GlitchCode offers access to introductory levels and projects free of charge. Access to extended worlds, advanced coding projects, and unlimited "hearts" requires an active paid subscription ("GlitchCode Pro" / "GlitchCode Club").
In accordance with COPPA, GDPR-K, and family protection guidelines, all financial checkouts, subscription management links, and outbound links are guarded by a Parental Gate (requiring adult verification or mathematical problem-solving). Parents are responsible for keeping payment credentials secure on their devices.
GlitchCode is designed to teach foundational programming concepts using simplified Pythonic syntax. While our curriculum is structured to build real-world computer science intuition, we do not guarantee specific academic, certification, or professional career outcomes. Python puzzles and practice tasks execute locally via an on-device sandbox for safe, offline learning.
All software, graphical assets, sound effects, characters (including "Glitch the Bug"), visual interfaces, curricula, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Tom Kushilevitz or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tom Kushilevitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the application.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our application or services without prior notice if these Terms are violated. You may terminate your agreement at any time by deleting the application from your devices and canceling any active subscriptions via Apple.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
